I cannot recommend Roy’s Custom Paint and Body Shop highly enough. Last December, my 2024 Toyota Tacoma sustained catastrophic hail damage; so severe that the insurance company came within a few hundred dollars of totaling the truck. Virtually every panel had to be replaced. Roy took on this massive project and delivered professional results. Not only did he use OEM parts, but he also went above and beyond by working late nights and weekends to get my truck back to me as quickly as possible. He even allowed me to add some custom touches during the process, and the final look is amazing. With a job this extensive, a few minor blemishes are to be expected, but Roy stood behind his work. He addressed and corrected them immediately at no charge, ensuring everything was perfect. If you want a shop that combines craftsmanship, incredible work ethic, and true integrity, take your vehicle to Roy. He turned a stressful insurance nightmare into an incredible experience. I sent my car there to have it painted. He said 2 weeks. It took 3 1/2 months. There is dirt in the paint. The interior was just redone. There are grease/black stains and fingerprints all over white leather. he stole parts off the car. He said the did not make the Ford mustand grey color anymore and painted it a differnt color grey that looks like primer. There is teal paint on the white convertable top. He was to replace the molding. He only replace them by the door and spray painted them. Ther is black paint on the teal color and teal paint on the grey color that was the wrong color. My muffler came back broken in two places. I dropped it off with a 1/4 tank of gas and got it back with a half tank, but he swears it was not driven. I don;t know how there is more gas in it that when I dropped it off. The compartment under the glove box is missing, the steeing column cover was broken and fell off. He never put the screws back in it. The rubber under neath that cover was laying on the console. he charge 1200 more than his price and it took three months longer than what he told me. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. My car was involved in a wreck and a friend suggested this shop, so I had my vehicle towed there. That was a mistake.The shop took an extremely long time to put my car back together and paint it. Every time I called for an update, I was told they were “waiting on parts,” yet they had no problem calling repeatedly about the check the insurance company would be sending. Their priorities were very obvious.When I finally got my car back, I immediately noticed the weather strip on the hood was missing. When I called to report it, they tried to claim my vehicle “didn’t come with one.” Luckily, I had photos of the car before and after the accident that clearly show the weather strip was there. On top of that, the hood doesn’t align with the rest of the frame. Now the paint is already chipping, and the areas where it’s chipped have started to rust. When I called again to address this, the person who answered was rude and dismissive, acting like none of it was their responsibility.Because of their poor work, my vehicle is now at a different shop to fix the issues that Roy’s failed to repair correctly in the first place.After reading other reviews, I c

For anyone who wants a great job, this is the place to go. Roy did an absolute fantastic job on my H2 hummer. He tore the entire vehicle apart and took his time to make it right. It had a camouflage rap on it and he stripped it off and repainted the entire vehicle to its original color, black. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Very highly recommend this man. Ignore the other ratings because this guy is awesome. Highly recommend period!

Roy customs paint and body did an outstanding job on lowering my 2024 C8 corvette I highly recommend them. Great price and done in a timely manner.
